Take a holistic approach towards a healthy weight with our ‘Slow Food Weight Loss Programme’ which combines a blend of exercise with a nutritious diet plan.   Guided by our professional team you can expect to shed on average 0.5kg (1.1lbs) to 3kg (6.6lbs) in just seven days. We will create a bespoke diet plan and an itinerary of activities to help you reach your goals.

Your daily private consultations are designed to give you a pathway to making better health choices.

During these sessions we will empower you with the knowledge, skills and motivation to successfully achieve and maintain a heathy weight.

Choose from a myriad of activities such as meditation, yoga, cooking classes, guided excursions, leisurely walks, group training sessions and workshops. Indulge yourself with a signature spa treatments, relax by our pool, enjoy some local music and mocktails in the evening or get lost in an enthralling book in our library.
